Littleton, Colorado isn’t a southern town, but if you’re a resident in need of some southern comfort food then you’re in luck. NoNo’s Café is known for its homemade Cajun cooking and is a delicious treasure of Littleton.

At the Law Office of Andres R. Guevara, we love learning about the communities we serve so that we can better understand our clients and provide recommendations for visitors, clients, or our own family and friends. Colorado is teeming with wonderful communities that offer unique businesses and restaurants for residents to take advantage of. We are proud to live and work in a state where we can enjoy Cajun food even in the snowy winter months.

At NoNo’s, the menu is never quite the same. There’s the Signature Menu that never changes and includes mouthwatering dishes like Crab Meat Au Gratin, the Bayou Burger, and Grilled Ribeye Steak. But, every week something on the menu changes. There’s a featured wine of the week or a new home-style meal for customers to try. When NoNo’s says “homestyle,” they really mean it—many of the recipes were concocted in the kitchen of the owners themselves.

The owners are from New Orleans, Louisiana, and opened NoNo’s café when they moved to Denver. The longing for New Orleans flavor never left the couple, so they decided to open up a café and bring their favorite recipes to a state that’s a little less familiar with Cajun cooking. Some of the best recipes on the menu come from NoNo himself, which means “Grandpa” in Italian, the father of one of the owners and a born and raised Cajun. Other delicious recipes come from his wife, Mayme, and are never lacking in flavor.

Have you ever been to a crawfish boil? Well, if not, then you’re in luck. NoNo’s Café offers this uniquely southern experience to Littleton residents and visitors through the end of May, the end of crawfish season. Every person who attends gets 3.5 pounds of crawfish to eat plus Cajun potatoes, corn on the cob, button mushrooms, celery, onions, garlic cloves, and fried pickles. That’s a lot of food for only $32.50 per person. Not only do you get delicious food—a crawfish boil is a great way to get together with family, friends, and the Littleton community to enjoy good food and company.

If you want to secure a spot at a crawfish boil, you can find more information on NoNo’s website.
